twsapi is a portable C++ API for Interactive Brokers TWS. It is almost identical to the original IB C++ Posix API. It contains several bugfixes and usage improvements, and uses the autotools build system.

GoldenPod is a command line podcast client. It allows you to easily manage and download podcasts from the command line. It can download podcasts from standard RSS(-like) feeds, or it can attempt to parse any other cleartext document (XML or HTML) for a list of audio files and download those. For users already using BashPodder, it can function as a more feature-rich drop-in replacement for it.

dtrx intelligently extracts many different archive
types. It will get the contents from tar, zip,
rpm, deb, and cpio archives, as well as compressed
files, with one simple command. It helps keep your
filesystem sane by putting every archive's
contents into a dedicated directory, and making
sure the owner can read and write whatever's
extracted. It can even recursively extract
archives.

gsm-ussd is a small command line utility to send USSD queries via your UMTS or GSM modem. USSD queries can tell you your current prepaid account balance, the phone number of the SIM card in your modem, and a lot more, depending on your GSM net provider.

vmm is an easy-to-use and configurable commandline tool for administrators and postmasters, used to manage domains, alias-domains, accounts, and relocated mail users. Relevation is a command-line interface to retrieve passwords stored with the Revelation Password Manager. It provides equivalent functionality to the "Find" box as found in Revelation's GUI.

Binmay is a command line binary search and replace
program. It allows one to specify a binary string (in hex) to
search for and, optionally, a binary string to replace it with.
One can mask both search and replace strings as one can
mask an IP. It is handy for changing broken user SID/RIDs
in ntuser.dat files after you move a profile from somewhere
to somewhere else.

surl is a URL shortening command line application that supports various sites. It supports stdin or filename input. It grabs the URLs, converts them, and returns the same text that was used in the input. It is known to work with a wealth of services, such as bit.ly, tinyurl.com, and others.

Countdown is a command-line program that is similar to the UNIX sleep command, but displays the amount of time remaining before the timeout.

innoextract is a tool that allows you to extract the contents of Inno Setup installers on non-Windows systems. It does so without running the actual installer using Wine.
