Industria is a collection of portable R6RS Scheme libraries for cryptography (AES, DES, Blowfish, HMAC, MD5, SHA-1, SHA-2, RSA, DSA, etc.), zip/gzip/zlib decompression, disassembly of amd64 machine code, Off-The-Record messaging, bytevector pack/unpack syntax, TLS connections via custom binary ports, and more.

eurephia is an authentication plug-in for OpenVPN. It enhances the OpenVPN authentication process by using user name and password authentication in addition to SSL certificates. If too many failed attempts are registered, the user account and/or IP address will be blocked. For Linux servers, iptables support is also included, which can be used to restrict each user's network access through the VPN channel. OpenVPN 2.2 or later is required.

AirSnort is a wireless LAN (WLAN) tool that
recovers encryption keys. It operates by passively
monitoring transmissions, computing the encryption
key when enough packets have been gathered.

ssh-keyinstall is a script that helps an ssh user
set up the keys at both ends of an ssh connection.
It creates an rsa or dsa key if needed and copies
the public half to the server. Once the process
is done, you'll be able to log in with the
passphrase and key instead of a password.

Email sends email to remote SMTP servers via the
command line, which makes it useful in cron jobs.
It will send to any RFC standard remote ESMTP
server, is TLS/SSL enabled, and will allow you to
encrypt, sign, and design your message on the fly.
It has the capability to use signature files with
dynamic options, address book functionality, and
users can also attach pictures, binary files,
documents, or whatever they want. It is completely
compatible with GNUPG for encryption and signing,
and is easy to configure and use.

Rsyncrypto allows you to encrypt a file or a
directory structure such that they can later be
synchronized to another machine using rsync. This
means that local changes to the plain text file
result in local changes to the cipher text file.
rsyncrypto compresses the plain text file prior to
encrypting it with gzip using the "rsyncable"
patch, which is available from the rsync sources.

AES Encryption for Shell Scripts provides strong encryption/decryption using the Advanced Encryption Standard algorithm "Rijndael" to do 128-bit encryption. It is intended for use in shell scripts or as part of a larger cryptosystem, not as a standalone program.

rrs is a reverse (connecting) remote shell.
Instead of listening, it will connect out to rrs
in listen mode. The listener will accept the
connection and receive a shell from the remote
host. rrs features full pseudo-TTY support, full
OpenSSL support (client/server authentication and
choice of cipher suites), Twofish encryption, a
simple XOR cipher, plain-text sessions, peer-side
session snooping, a daemon option, and
reconnection features. It is known to compile and
run under Linux, FreeBSD, NetBSD, OpenBSD, and QNX.

Seahorse is a Gnome front end for GnuPG, the GNU Privacy Guard program. It is a tool for secure communications and data storage. Data encryption and digital signature creation can easily be performed through a GUI and Key Management operations can easily be carried out through an intuitive interface.

anonvelope is a mail-message processing program that is designed to allow the message to make full use of Type-I (cpunk-style) remailers. It is especially designed to work with Pine, but it is possible it may be used with other MUAs.

CKS is an openPGP (RFC2440) compliant public key server. It is currently under development. It is written in C, and runs on Linux. It uses PostgreSQL for key storage, and supports the hkp protocol (it can interface with GnuPG and NAI PGP). The keyserver is mostly functional, and there is a link to a running copy on the homepage.
