Pakt is an XML abstraction layer for GObjects. It maintains a server-side tree of glib-like (Gtk, Gnome, etc) objects and provides access methods to manipulate the same (and thereby the running 'application'). Its primary use is to publish GStreamer pipelines, enabling connected clients to monitor and change the element's parameters and the pipeline's structure.

Header Browser helps you to create documentation from your C/C++ header files. It is similar to JavaDoc, Doc++, or KDoc, but it doesn't just create documentation pages; it allows you to really browse your APIs using a five columns view like NeXT's HeaderViewer.

Linux kernelhacking-HOWTO is a new document to
replace the ageing Kernel Hackers Guide and the
kernelhacking-HOWTO by Rusty Russel. It aims to
help newbies overcome the steep learning curve
associated with learning to hack the Linux
kernel. The Linux kernelhacking-HOWTO is being
developed for the Linux Documentation Project.

The Belgian-HOWTO describes how to tweak Linux for Belgian users and lists Linux user groups, businesses, and other resources in Belgium.

Pere is a set of free multi-language dictionaries
and a self-learning translation engine for
platform-independent usage.

web server administration platform in java is a set
of client and server side programs used to
administer web servers, whose core is written in
Java. It is based on servlets for server side, and on
everything who can communicate with servlets (C,
Delphi, Perl, Java, Python, etc.) for client side. It is
aimed at providing a means to administer Web
servers easily on all platforms.

Russian Man-Pages Extra is for Russians who prefer
Linux distributions other than Russian-specific ones (such as ASPLinux or ALTLinux). It contains all of the existing
Russian man pages, including pages from the official manpages-ru project, which is merely a translation of the main man pages package.

The OTWG is a multi-user war game with multi-layer
delegation. Logistics, production, and technology
development is included. Creation of maps,
scenarios, campaigns, Orders of Battle, and Tables
of Equipment is also included in the scope.

The NetCDF package consists of a few tools to operate on NetCDF and, by utilizing the compatibility API, HDF4 files. The tools are intended to be used from shell scripts. They include a couple of simple shell wrappers over the respective NetCDF functions (ncattget and ncattput) and a more sophisticated ncget tool. The ncget tool delivers (for NetCDF) or complements (for HDF4) the functionality of the "hdp dumpsds" command. It allows a selected part of a NetCDF variable or an HDF4 scientific data set (SDS) to be extracted in either an ASCII or binary form, applying the transformation specified by the scale_factor and add_offset attributes. This tool allows one to feed the data of NetCDF variables (or HDF4 SDS) to other tools designed to operate on either ASCII (text) or raw (binary) data.

swpartc is a simple but reliable utility for
copying the data contents of one file or
partition into another one and vice versa
without losing a bit. The partitions must have
the same size. It uses a crash recovery
technique (a small back-up file), which means
that even if the process is killed or the
computer crashes, the user can safely resume
the swapping operation later.

ttmap passively analyzes values of TCP Timestamps
in captured IP packets. After collecting enough
data, it computes characteristic remote machine
parameters. These values let it guess remote
operating systems and identify unique machines
behind a single IP address. For example, it can
analyze remote IP load-balanced clusters.
