Doris is a Lua script-driven OpenGL viewer with GUI widget
extensions. Lua is a fast, powerful, portable scripting language. Lua
bindings are provided to OpenGL, GLUT, and GLUI (a GL widget library).

mozCellML is a Mozilla based CellML tool. It can be used to
edit boundary conditions, integrate models (using a Runge-
Kutta method), and fit parameters to models (using
Levenberg-Marquardt). It supports both CellML 1.0 and
CellML 1.1 documents.

Afloat is an addition for Mac OS X that adds both
eye candy and useful window management options to
many Mac applications.

AntiChess is an anti-chess game written in Java. The goal is to get checkmated or lose all your pieces except your king to your opponent. You must take your opponents pieces if you can. It supports 2 player and 4 player games on the same board.

PixelStruct is a tool for visualizing 3D scenes reconstructed from
photographs. It uses the structure-from-motion system Bundler, which is
based on the same research as Microsoft Live Labs Photosynth.

HTML::Template::JIT is a just-in-time compiler for HTML::Template. Templates are compiled into native machine code using Inline::C. The compiled code is stored to disk and reused on subsequent calls. HTML::Template::JIT is up to 8 times as fast as HTML::Template using caching.

definitions from text-based config files and/or

whatpix is a Perl console application which finds (and optionally moves or deletes) duplicate files.

Maudio is a simple audio mirroring device (a sort of audio
pipe). Unlike a filesystem pipe, maudio behaves as a hardware
soundcard. In particular, after installation of the driver, you get
two audio-like devices (usually /dev/dsp0 and /dev/dsp1) which are
connected to each other. Everything sent to the first DSP will appear
as sound data on the second DSP and vice versa.

RSync Manager (RSM) is a set of Python scripts to add and update packages for rsync-based mirror sites, and also create some nice HTML statistics from the logs. It is mainly written for large site management, with extensibility in mind.

deal.II is a C++ library supporting the generation of complex adaptive finite element codes. It features locally-refined grids, various scalar and vector-valued finite elements, linear solvers of low and higher order, arbitrary mappings, and support for 1, 2, and 3D computations. It comes with extensive documentation and example programs showing the use of the library for modern finite element programs.

Small script that uses Perl::Gtk to make MP3 to
audio CD conversion very easy. Choose mp3-files,
add them to list and press "mp2wav2cd." Script
tries to convert selected files to WAV, and burn
those WAVs to CD-ROM in audio-format.

ymusk stands for Yenzie's Mush Klient. It is a mush client written in Perl, and it is built around the Net::Telnet and Tk modules. It is meant to be a simple program which is easily customizable. Its features include logging, macro definition, speech filters, command history, and ANSI colors.
