Details

Latest version of setup-msys2 is 2.4.2. Though it's still too old (our msys2 snapshot is newer) for us to enable msys2 CI builds, updating to it would be a step to right direction. In future tickets we can adjust msys2 Makefile so that CI build will actually work with setup-msys2 2.4.2
