VCD-db is Web-based movie catalog software. It supports
multiple users to collect, manage, and work with their media
catalog. New movies can easily be added through several
methods, for example by fetching data straight from
websites such as imdb.com and dvdempire.com.

Die wichtigsten Updates enthalten Patches für den Unterricht zu holen. IMDB, Yahoo und Jadedvideo hatten alle ihre Web-Seiten in irgendeiner Weise verändert, so dass alle oder einige Daten nicht zugänglich war für VCD-db. Die XML-Import / Export-Funktion wurde neu geschrieben. Die Import-Funktion nun auch als sehr schöne AJAX-basierte Benutzeroberfläche, so dass die Nutzer den Import-Prozess in Echtzeit sehen. Die Export-Dateien sind jetzt an der Zeit-für eine bessere Anerkennung geprägt. Zwei lästige Bugs wurden gefixt, sowohl bezogen auf register_globals = On.

The most important updates include patches to the

changed their Web pages in some way, so all or
some data was not accessible for VCD-db. The XML
import/export feature has been rewritten. The
import feature now includes as very nice AJAX
based UI, so users see the import process in real
time. The export files are now time-stamped for
better recognition. Two annoying bugs were fixed,
both related to register_globals = On.
