UniCron is a scheduler that can easily and simply do complex timing
tasks, such as hierarchical firings, with a minimum of fuss. It
supports a pure XML config file, configfile auto-rereading,
intelligent and fuzzy parsing, and automatic removal of dead
events. It was designed with performance in mind; being multithreaded,
it works well on SMP systems, and has good CPU usage characteristics.
