Minor bugfixes
This release features more bugfixes. The window size signal
handler is no longer installed or invoked unless the progress
meter is requested. This should limit the confusing warnings.
getopt() is now used instead of getopt_long(). This version
should compile on FreeBSD and NetBSD.
