A blinking cursor was added. The terminal is now resizable. Support was added for Ctrl-[, Ctrl-], Ctrl-\, Ctrl-_, and Ctrl-^. Fixes were made for numeric keypad support, for "PC" mode printing problems, and for the character sent for Del key. A DOS version was added, as well as autoconf/automake scripts, and cut and paste support.
