MrTools is a suite of tools for managing large, distributed environments. It can be used to execute scripts on multiple remote hosts without prior installation, copy of a file or directory to multiple hosts as efficiently as possible in a relatively secure way, and collect a copy of a file or directory from multiple hosts.

Tiger-Tree Hash cleanup in thread Tracking-Code wurde in allen Werkzeugen in der Suite verbessert. Mrtools hat nun die Version 3 der GPL. Ein Shell-Quoting in mrexec.pl Problem wurde behoben. Diese feste mehreren bekannten Einschränkungen, einschließlich der Möglichkeit, mrexec.pl mit Perl-Skripten und awk if-Anweisungen. Hash tree cleanup in thread tracking code was
improved in all tools in the suite. Mrtools Has
now adopted version 3 of the GPL. A shell quoting
issue in mrexec.pl was fixed. This fixed several
known limitations, including the ability to use
mrexec.pl with Perl scripts and awk if statements.
This fix alone has redefined mrexec.pl's
capabilities, making an already powerful tool
even more powerful.
