mcplay is a ncurses-based frontend for
command-line audio players like mpg123, ogg123,
sox, and drvmidi. It is able to adjust the
soundmixer's volume and it is able to read and
write playlist files (*.m3u). It also has support
for infrared controls via lirc.

Mit diesem Release wird mcplay einfacher zu installieren mit Hilfe von autoconf / automake. Einige "Remote-Support" wurde hinzugefügt, um den Spieler von anderen Terminals auf dem Netz zu steuern. Zusätzlich gibt es zwei wichtige neue Befehle direkt in der Wohnung des Spielers ändern-Verzeichnis oder die CD-ROM-Verzeichnis.

With this release, mcplay is easier to install with the
