Ticket details:
For failing VUT_IMPR_GENUS worklist_item_postpone_req_vec() says: "%s can't build %s from the worklist; need to have %s first. Postponing..."
That makes no sense, as the genus of the building (VUT_IMPR_GENUS is supported on REQ_RANGE_LOCAL only) is never going to change. This should purge instead.
