installer_cross / Meson: langstat_core.txt: No such file or directory
Quick fix attached - there would be space for overall improvements on how langstat generation works, especially on meson builds without autotools restrictions, but that's for future tickets.
Doing ./meson-build_all_installers.sh on a fresh git clone result in "cat: ../../bootstrap/langstat_core.txt: No such file or directory" The build in question was being made by a docker container that has freeciv tree mounted as a volume, so it's possible that there's some permission issue instead of the build just not producing langstats early enough.
