Details

Modification compounds of Mascot Server wasn't imported to Mascot search configuration dialog. It's degradation from ver 2.7.2 (proprietary version ).

I also found modification information of identified peptide wasn't saved to internal database.

Other information:

- Updating modification list of Mascot serch dialog is enable using ver 2.7.2. Just open Mascot search dialog of ver 2.7.2.
