It's impossible to fix this bug, because this
xoops_version.php decide $_SESSION with $_POST requests used
by system module. We should request GIJOE to change
xoops_version.php.

このバグを修正することは不可能です、というのも system モ
ジュールがモジュールをインストールしようとしているのを
$_POST リクエストなどから推測してセッション値を決めるとい
う、すごい技が使われているためです。これは GIJOE さんに変更
をお願いする以外方法がないかと...
