ナビゲーションのテンプレートがおかしいです。

<link id="chapter" rel="chapter" title="@chapter_title" href="@chapter_url" />
では駄目で
<link id="chapter" rel="chapter" title="@title" href="@url" />
ですね。
　堀川さんパッチを使っているので
<span id="chapter"><link rel="chapter" title="@title" href="@url" /></span>
と書き換えています。
いずれにせよ、木構造を自動的に生成できるようになったので、たいへんうれしいです。
