Time.now being passed as _NSStateMarker to dateWithRubyTime (Rubycocoa-devel 1274) - RubyCocoa

Got a strange crash log today with the following trace:

Here's the calling code:

  def openDatePicker
    startDate = OSX::NSDate.dateWithRubyTime(Time.now)
    # fails before getting past the above line
  end

Anyone know what's going on? This seems like a likely candidate for a bug.
