I think this feature is unwanted, and removed. When the
number of arguments are less than required numbers, raise 
an exception.

  NSString.stringWithString_
  # => OSX::OCMessageSendException: NSString#stringWithString:
  #    - too few arguments: 1 for 0 (real: 0)
