Have this version:
Eclipse Platform
Version: 3.1.0
Build id: I20050401-1645

PropertiesFileEditor 4.7.4

Ctrl+/ doesn't work. Right clicking and selecting
"toggle comment" does, but I view the Ctrl+/ shortcut
as the most valuable part to the plugin (second only to
syntax colouring..)!
