9月23日の開発スプリントで AppVeyor 上での第三者によるビルドが可能か確認していただいたが、 どうやら公開鍵ファイルのデコードで失敗するようだ。

公開鍵ファイルの処理をスキップするようなオプションが必要。

appveyor-jp-noncer.yml を追加。 その中で呼ばれている jptools\nonCertBuild.cmd を若干修正。

これを Custom configuration .yml file name に指定したプロジェクトが下記：

特に問題がないのでクローズします。 補足として、現在は nvdajp-noncert では本家が最近導入したユニットテストを実行していますが、 nvdajp の署名付きビルドではユニットテストを実行していません。
