afpd.conf:

As afpd needs to interact with UNIX operating system as well, it need's to be able to convert from UTF8-MAC / Mac charset to the UNIX charset.

最初に「needs」という単語が出てきて、これはいいと思うのですが、
二回目は「need's」になっています。これは誤記?

文法として needs （最初の needs）と同じとしか考えられないのですが．
ほかだと英文法にそぐわなくないですか？
