CompactHTML to XHTML(kddi),JHTML(softbank) convert apache module. The contents conversion middleware for the main carrying of Japan is made as a module for Apache2.x.

- cookie周りで0.12.xと同様にロックするように修正
- Hostヘッダ、Locationヘッダにポート番号が含まれる場合、
セッションが切れてしまう問題を解消
- パラメータ名が空の場合、画面がまっしろになってしまう問題を修正。

- POST時のQUERY_STRINGを、QUERY_STRINGとして受け取れるように変更。
- 内部リダイレクトに対応していなかったものを対応。
