mecab-ipadicのLicenseはFedoraではどうか？とRedHat/Fedoraで
現在Licenseの担当をしているCallaway氏に尋ねた所、
FSF (Free Software Foundation)から以下の回答があったということです。

that the provisions of Section 3 ("NO WARRANTY") will ALWAYS appear

の部分について：
A. debianは の
箇所について、「この文言は、作者がオリジナルのソフトを大胆に(radically)変える
ことを許可していない、ということを暗に示している」と解釈しているようだ。
debianがそう考える理由は知っているが、このソフトに関しては私は懐疑的である。
実際の所は、この(mecab-ipadic)作者の意図はどういうだろうか？
B. 「法を守ること」という文言が入っているが、Intel Open Source Licenseにも
似たような言葉はあるし、この文言に関しては問題ないと思う

と言う訳で、
1. "which is distributed substantially in the same form"という文言は、
「このソフト(mecab-jumandic)を大胆に変更してはならない」という意味で書いているのか
（というよりどういう意図でこの文言があるのか）記していただけないでしょうか。
2. そもそもこのLicenseの問い合わせは工藤様宛で良いのでしょうか。
この文章は元々ICOTが作成したみたいですが、ICOTもAITECも解散していますし、
工藤様がもし判断出来る立場にないとすれば誰に問い合わせれば良いのでしょうか。
3. 私は実は日本語の原文を見たことがないのですが、これは入手可能でしょうか。
