Keitairc::Configオブジェクトの中身をダンプする機能。
ダンプ先はメールに向けると便利だろう。
~/.keitairc と同じ書式にシリアライズするのがいいだろう。

とりあえず Keitairc::Config::dump とか作ったので、この結果をメールすれば ok ?
