Yet Another RSS Reader is an RSS aggregator and
reader that displays it's results in the GNOME or KDE

This version fixes a few problems with the Online/Offline
modes. It also adds a username and password field for HTTP
authentication. OPML feed lists can now be imported into
Yarssr. Translation support was added, and there were some
minor bugfixes.

The choice between an online and offline mode has

The preferences panel has a completely new interface. The menu now indicates if an article has been read through the use of a check mark. The config is saved more often to avoid lost changes, and the default browser setting is now saved.
