Xystray is a simple implementation of the
freedesktop.org systray specification (a.k.a.
notification area) for the X Window system. It is
meant for use in simple desktop environments which
do not provide such facility by default, such as
FVWM. It may also run under GNOME or KDE if the
default tray program is disabled.
