XWiki is a WikiWiki clone written in Java that supports many popular features of other Wikis like the Wiki syntax, version control, attachments, security, and searching, but also many advanced features like templates, database and dynamic development using scripting languages (Velocity, Groovy, Ruby, Python, PHP, and more), an extension system and skinability, J2EE scalability, an XML/RPC remote API, statistics, RSS feeds, PDF exporting, WYSIWYG editing, an Office viewer and importer, and a lot more.

Dies ist eine Stabilisierung Release als das Ende der 3.x-Zyklus Ansätze, damit ihr Hauptziel war es, die Erweiterungs-Manager und App innerhalb von Minuten Features zu verbessern. Diese Version kommt jedoch auch mit einem neuen Look und ein neues Wiki Seite Standardsyntax. Andere Dinge zu überprüfen sind, dass die neue löschen, Menü, die Raum-Vorlagen, minimierten Aktionsmenü, das neue Display-Makro, und die Tatsache, dass nicht-ASCII-Zeichen in Anlagedateinamen beibehalten werden.
This is a stabilization release as the end of the 3.x cycle approaches, so its main goal was to improve the Extension Manager and App Within Minutes features. However, this release also comes with a new look and a new default wiki page syntax. Other things to check are the new delete space menu, the space templates, the minimized action menu, the new display macro, and the fact that non-ASCII characters are preserved in attachment file names.

One important change is the way relative references in an included document are resolved, reverting back to the pre-3.0 behavior. 3.4 Milestone 1

Das Ziel dieser Version (und die folgenden ein, die die letzte des Zyklus sein wird) ist die aktuelle Features zu verbessern. Die Highlights dieser Version sind: eine neue Standard-Farbe Thema, neue Seite Standardsyntax (XWiki 2.1), Menü löschen, einfach Vorlagen, Sonderzeichen im Namen des Anhangs, ein minimiertes Aktionsmenü, ein Display-Makro und eine verbesserte Erweiterungs-Manager-Benutzeroberfläche.
The goal of this release (and the following one, which will be the last of the cycle) is to improve the current features. The highlights of this release are: a new default color theme, new default page syntax (XWiki 2.1), delete space menu, simple space templates, special characters in attachment name, a minimized action menu, a display macro, and an improved Extension Manager UI.
