Passepartout is a GTK-based Desktop Publishing application. It features layout templates, an XML- based typesetting engine called xml2ps, user- defined text formatting with XSLT stylesheets, support for importing EPS (Encapsulated PostScript) files and almost any raster images, text running around image (or text) frames, and printing to PostScript and EPS.

Diese Version hat gtk2 und libxml migriert + + 0,18. Dies erfordert eine auf Standards konforme C + +-Compiler (zB gcc 3.2). Drag-and-Drop-Unterstützung für Bilder und eine bessere Unterstützung für EPS-Bilder wurde hinzugefügt. Die Eigenschaften-Dialog wird aktualisiert, wenn Gegenstände verbracht werden / resized. Es ist besser Textfluss-Betreuung.

This release has migrated to gtk2 and libxml++ 0.18. This requires a standards complient C++ compiler (e.g. gcc 3.2). Drag and drop support for images and better support for EPS images has been added. The properties dialog is updated when objects are moved / resized. There is better text flow-around support.
