Minor feature enhancements
A copyright notice was added to each source file
to make the GPL licensing explicit. Notices were
put in the unimplemented menu items to show that
they're not yet implemented. A new "About" menu
was added.
Änderungen an der HVE-Header werden nun korrekt gespeichert. Alle grundlegenden Funktionen arbeiten, mit Ausnahme von "Datei: Neu" und "Datei speichern unter". Eine Probe (MemoDB) Datenbank ist auch für Testzwecke enthalten.

Changes to the PDB header are now saved correctly.
All basic features work, except for "File: New"
and "File: Save As". A sample (MemoDB) database is
also included for testing purposes.
