crosstool-NG is a versatile toolchain generator, aiming at being highly configurable. It supports multiple target architectures, different components (glibc/uClibc...) and versions. crosstool-NG also features debugging utilities (DUMA, strace...) and generation tools (sstrip...).

Ein neuer Kernel wurde hinzugefügt: mingw32. NPTL für uClibc wurde hinzugefügt. Unterstützung für den gcc Testsuite wurde hinzugefügt. Config Knöpfe für gcc müssen fein abzustimmen den gcc bauen und die Installation wurde hinzugefügt. Ein generischer Kreuz ldd-ähnliches Tool wurde hinzugefügt (für ELF Ziele). Ein Bündel von Fixes für BSD-artigen System zugegeben. Diverse kleinere Features hinzugefügt wurden, und eine ganze Reihe von Fehlern oder Bugs zu werden, wurden behoben.
