mysql.m4 has ">" instead of ">=" in a couple of version comparisons. One of these cause parsing error, and the other shows in configure output to user. I guess the file has been originally fetched as html, and these are leftovers from that.

We don't usually specify mysql version requirements, so this has gone unnoticed over ten years.
