S3_1 (only that branch, as rscompat stuff is branch-specific) rscompat_postprocess() creates EFT_MAPS_STOLEN_PCT, and assigns results to 'peffect'. The creation call itself is needed, but the assignment is not - the call already registers the effect, and the returned pointer would only be needed for further modifications, which we don't have for that particular effect.
