Did the simple implementation of adding this to installer_cross Windows installers nightly build setup. That the tarballs (meant for people building from the source on platforms *other* than Windows where the nightly binaries are available) now shows up under Windows directories is not ideal, but it's better than nothing (and 'nothing' would be the other alternative which we would have time to do the implementation for)

Seems to work now. First tarballs have already appeared on directory hierarchy under http://files.freeciv.org/packages/windows/testing/cazfi/installer_cross/nightly/
