Maybe it should even list those functions?
Attached patch does not do that. It's a start I need for enabling one to refer to CodingStyle section elsewhere.

Ticket details:
CodingStyle should at least make the reader aware of the fact that in freeciv code number of fc_...() functions from support.ch & friends should be used instead of the "plain" C-library ones. Maybe it should even list those functions?
