README.msys2 still refers earlier test version as the new snapshot version ("221029" instead of "221105")

I know that msys2 upstream has made good progress, which might mean a bit migration work for us in next environment update. I already know (from a test environment I built some weeks ago) that Qt5 packaging structure has changed and will require changes to our package list.
