Ticket details:
As #44990 adds wonder intelligence area as the fourth horizontal frame to nations report, it introduced button to toggle it on/off. Just so that if user runs out of horizontal space, introduction of the feature isn't causing serious regression.
That should be extended so that all the frames could be toggled on/off, so user could choose which ones to show in the limited space.
