Ticket details:
Our S3_1/master msys2 environment has "win64-10" support equivalent, if not better than "win64" one. The "win32" support is deprecated. README.msys2 does not really reflect this at the moment. It really should, as it's supposed to be the reference to setup similar build environment than where our official builds come.
