Exactly! Your program is _very_ complex. Way over my head... :-) It does exactly what I want to do - but I wanted to understand how you did it, so I could do it on my own... are there methods in exerb that I need to call to set the graphic to use for the icon? It looks like you open the core file and manually edit some section for the icon... I really don't understand what you're doing... would you mind explaining it to me? -Richard ----- Original Message ----- From: "Takashi & Kayoko Sano" <tksan****@m3*****> To: "exerb-eng" <exerb****@lists*****> Sent: Friday, May 14, 2004 11:42 PM Subject: [exerb-eng:0050] Re: Is there a way to change the Icon? > Hi Rich, > > Rich <rich****@lithi*****> wrote: > > I remember seeing a program that let you change the icon that exerb assigned > > to the executable. > > > > Is that an easy thing to do? > > > > I can't find documentation on it... and I see methods in the Ruby files for > > Exerb that seem to do that, but they are too complex for me to understand > > without a little help. > > > > Does anyone know how to change the icon for my exe? > > There's a nice program that lets you do that.
