Ignored users seem to be duplicated

I have an SVN repository that a number of developers work on.

I don't care about commits from a couple of developers. So, I added "ceustace jmclelland" to the ignore users (single line text box). Firstly, this didn't seem to stop me seeing the commits (at least from jmclelland) but every time I edited the project, the ignored users would duplicate the entries. I don't know how to attach an image but my ignored users text box now looks like:

Even if I completely delete the ignored users contents, when I go back and check, the content appears to not have changed
