private_dict_default.tt の方を確認しました（2 回呼ばれたので 2 回目の
方の内容で）が、内容は一致していました。結果を添付します。
文節を伸ばさなくても、ひらがなやカタカナの候補を選択すると、commit 時
に落ちるようです。例えば、「おおさかかんく」を変換すると「大阪|管区」と
なりますが、5(6) 番目にある「おおさか」候補を選択してから commit すると
落ちます。

将来的に単語登録機能なども付ける予定で、「個人辞書のファイル名は何だろ
う」と思っていましたが、private_dict_default.tt だったのですね。
