statsmodels is a Python package which provides a complement to scipy for statistical computations, including descriptive statistics and estimation of statistical models. The main included model categories are linear, discrete, generalized linear, and robust linear, and, in time series analysis, AR, ARMA, and VAR. It also includes statistical tests mainly for regression diagnostics. statsmodels was renamed from scikits.statsmodels.

CloudBuddy Analytics is a Web-based tool that generates exhaustive statistical reports about your S3 bucket access. It has an intuitive interface for a rich user experience and takes care of enabling logging, fetching logs and generating reports. It can be configured for multiple S3 accounts, uses the AWStats engine, employs caching for faster reports, and gives details on bandwidth usage, visits, unique visitors, visit durations, last visits, days of week and rush hours (pages, hits, KB for each hour and day of week), domains/countries of visitors, and more.
IFMon (Interface Monitor) displays the traffic, state, connection, and other information of a network interface as a small console window. The information for the network interface being monitored is obtained from the files in /proc to help simplify portability.
Isoline Retrieval uses supervised statistical classification to retrieve isolines from cross-track scanning or similar satellites. It contains software to generate training data using collocation or radiative transfer simulations, as well as routines to interpolate the final fields using a variation of multi-linear interpolation or kernel estimation. The currently-supported satellites are the Advance Microwave Sounding Unit (AMSU) series and, to a lesser extent, the Global Ozone Measurement Experiment (GOME). Moodle Reporting is a collection of tools for extracting reports and statistics from your Moodle installation. It is based on R, Eclipse Birt, and RRDtool.
GHCN Processor is a command-line tool that reads temperature data from the Global Historical Climatic Network (GHCN) database and produces an annual or monthly temperature series in CSV format for an arbitrary set of stations. Stations are filtered based on a simple EL expression passed to the tool. For example, you can select only stations that are in the Northern Hemisphere, in hilly and rural locations. You can also select stations that started reporting in a given year, and so on. The tool supports more than one method of grid partitioning, station combination, and can use both the adjusted data and raw unadjusted data.
SDAPS is a collection of scripts that enables you to create
questionnaires that can be scanned and automatically analyzed. The

lot of flexibility. SDAPS creates a machine-readable questionnaire from

The ServerUsage system collects and processes statistical information from computers running a GNU/Linux Operating System. DataStatix manages data of every kind, creates statistics and graphs, and exports data easily to the R environment. Its features include user management (create, delete, modify password) within the software, different levels of user data access (administrator, standard, read-only), user-defined templates (models) of data, the ability to create new databases easily, importation and exportation of data in CSV format, and synchronization of existing data from a CSV file created with DataStatix.
