dtrx intelligently extracts many different archive
types. It will get the contents from tar, zip,
rpm, deb, and cpio archives, as well as compressed
files, with one simple command. It helps keep your
filesystem sane by putting every archive's
contents into a dedicated directory, and making
sure the owner can read and write whatever's
extracted. It can even recursively extract
archives.

vmm is an easy-to-use and configurable commandline tool for administrators and postmasters, used to manage domains, alias-domains, accounts, and relocated mail users. It allows fast and easy management of mail servers. It's designed for installations using Dovecot and Postfix with a PostgreSQL backend.

HGL is a compiler/interpreter suite for developing images. Gcmc is a front-end language for generating G-code, SVG, and DXF for CNC mills, lathes, laser cutters, and other numerically controlled machines employing G-code, SVG, or DXF. The language is a context-free grammar created to overcome the archaic format of G-code programming, but can be used more generally for many targets. Gcmc aims to be more readable and understandable than G-code and enable programmatic designing. Gcmc makes extensive use of vector mathematics to support the 3D nature of CNC machining. It handles units as millimeters, mils (inch), degrees, and radians and performs automatic conversions where necessary.

Unhide.rb finds hidden processes on your system. It looks for active processes in many different ways. Processes found by some means but not others are considered to be "hidden", and are reported to the user. Unhide.rb is a Ruby rewrite of the original Unhide, which was written in C. Unhide.rb performs the same checks as the original, but is 10 times faster in only half as much code, and has better diagnostics when hidden processes are found.

terminal_colors is a tool to display a terminal color chart for 8, 16, 88, and 256 color terminals. It provides all the functionality of the various similar scripts found around the Web with some additional bells and whistles. It automatically detects 8, 16, 88, and 256 color capabilities (via ncurses) and displays the appropriate color charts. It can display the colors as blocks or (2D) cubes, optionally with color values overlaid in int or hex values. It can show the full rgb text string as well. It can also show the display with a vertical (default) or horizontal orientation. It has the option of additional padding and supports -h --help as well. It also works as a utility for converting between 256 and 88 color values.

CruxPorts4Slack adapts the "ports" and "pkgmk" commands to allow the use
of ports repositories for Crux with Slackware. The httpup program, which
is necessary to use ports, is included in the package.
