PHP Content Management System (phpCMS) makes it possible to need only one template for your whole Web site. It allows you to provide dynamic menus with unlimited levels, and use templates and sub-templates without a database. It is search engine-friendly and proxy-friendly, as the pages it generates can not be distinguished from static HTML pages. PHP code can be added to any template and content file with an optional module. It supports the caching of parsed pages and gzip compression.

TinyMCE is a platform-independent, Web-based, Javascript HTML WYSIWYG editor control. Its main features include theme/template support, language support, and plugin extensions.

gjots lets you organize text notes in a convenient, hierarchical way. It can be used for notes, jottings, bits and pieces, recipes, and even PINs and passwords, using encryption. To the developer, it offers abstraction of Web-specific implementation details, increasing the accessibility and portability. Under the hood, the library uses the latest techniques (HTML5, Ajax, WebSockets) to handle user events and update the Web page.

Hoteldruid is designed to manage weekly or daily rental of house apartments or hotel rooms. It uses a PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite database as a backend. Reservations can be assigned to rooms automatically with user-defined rules. Pages with forms to check availability for Internet sites can be created. It features auto completion, an integrated terminal, project management for C, SFTP mounting (mounting a directory via an ssh key), automatic replacement of text, and a session management tab.

TWiki is a flexible, powerful, and simple Web based collaboration platform. It is suitable for dynamic intranets and knowledge bases, and for sharing and managing documents and collaborative projects. It resembles a normal Web site, but every page can be changed from a browser. It features automatic link generation, full text search, group authorization, Web forms, reporting, change notification, file attachments, revision control of pages and attachments, a modular templating system with skins, hierarchical navigation based on the topic parenting feature, and more. Plugins can be used to enhance the program and build groupware applications.

ELinks is an advanced and well-established feature-rich text mode Web (HTTP, FTP, etc.) browser. It can render both frames and tables, is highly customizable, and can be extended via Lua, Guile, Perl, or Ruby scripts. It has limited support for CSS and Javascript.

Ganglia is a scalable distributed monitoring system for high-performance computing systems such as clusters and grids. It is based on a hierarchical design targeted at federations of clusters. Ganglia is currently in use on over 500 clusters around the world and has scaled to handle clusters with 2000 nodes.
