Enzyme is an architecture for creating user-searching-user applications. Right now, it is primarily useful as a resume create/search and HR management system. However, it's potential uses are wide-ranging, and it offers PHP developers an alternative to relying on simple "keyword" searching systems.

Invenio (formerly CDSware) is a suite of applications that provides the framework and tools for building and managing an autonomous digital library server. It complies with the Open Archives Initiative metadata harvesting protocol (OAI-PMH) and uses MARC 21 as its underlying bibliographic standard. Its flexibility and performance make it a comprehensive solution for the management of document repositories of moderate to large size.

MOD_PLSQL is an Apache module that allows you to
create Web applications using Oracle stored
procedures. It works similarly to the Oracle Web
Application Server PL/SQL cartridge, and provides
very similar APIs.

Apache-OWA is a module for Apache/mod_perl to run Oracle PL/SQL Web Toolkit applications. It is designed to be faster, more stable, and more flexible than Oracle Web/Application Server.

OWX (OmniaWeb-X) is Web-based site mangement software and a development framework that uses exclusively open source software to run.

MAMS is a Web based Multiuser Address Management System/Book (address database). The download has been implemented so that retrieved addresses can be imported into word processing or spread-sheet applications.

This project is a network weather map creator and
network traffic statistics collector. It uses
SNMP to collect data from various network devices
and stores them in a database. It prints the
collected data on existing images creating nice
weather maps. Weather maps are designed from an
easy to use Web-based interface.

Netacct-NetStat is a PHP Web interface for Netacct-MySQL, the popular traffic
statistics daemon for Linux and BSD.

Osmius is a monitoring tool for everything connected to a network. It features very high performance. It allows you to create and integrate business services, SLAs, and ITIL processes such as availability management and capacity planning. Osmius offers real GIS capabilities, BI, and data mining to keep track of SLA requirements.

123tkShop is an e-Business framework which allows
small companies like giftshops, boutiques,
bookshops, etc. to set up their own e-Commerce
webshops without knowledge of any programming
languages. Maintainance is done over an integrated
Web interface. 123tkShop provides plugin-based
extensibility for multiple languages and themes.
The admin interface allows backups of database and
table structures, and backups of the complete
database with all data. An "Auto-Plugin-Detection"
system makes it easy to develop and install new
plugins. It uses the Smarty template engine.

Lestat is a simple system which is designed to
allow trends in port scans to be identified and
displayed in a simple manner. The system comprises
a Perl agent which collects packets and logs them
to a database, and a presentation layer which
draws graphs and presents a GUI via PHP.

The goal of the X-itools project is to propose an
alternative to products like Exchange or Lotus
Notes/Domino. They are composed of several
modules, and this project has been under
development for several years. Modules include a
shared public and private agenda, a flow-chart,
task, and post-it manager, a visitors and
associated badges manager, a password and history
manager (with the ability to encrypt things other
than passwords), a holiday manager (to manage
public vacation days, illness periods, absence
periods according to country profiles), a shared
public and private address book, an incoming and
outgoing phone calls manager, and a global
management module.

Tof is a Web-based photo album. It is based on slooze, and additionally has viewing rights, picture rating and sorting by rate, indexing with keywords, picture upload through the Web, thumbnail creation, and multiple languages support. It is being developed with PostgreSQL, but should be easy to port to MySQL thanks to phplib.

Contenido is a CMS (content management system) for the Web environment. It features advanced user management, in-site editing, a WYSIWYG editor, and more.
