試してみました

環境：Ubuntu Linux 10.04 64bit

ダウンロードした Tween0940/Tween.exeを実行
　→VBのアセンブリが無いと怒られる

ターミナルから
$ sudo apt-get install libmono-microsoft-visualbasic8.0-cil
でそれっぽいのを入れる

再度実行する
　↓のスタックトレースを出力して落ちる

今のmonoには実装されていない機能を使ってるっぽいのでここで諦め
