It could be a free disk space issue.
Quite blocking for my project...
I'm hitting the same problem.
Since the last time I was able to commit was 2022-12-29 21:04 JST (which is later than gdisirio's and bfriesen's reports), I guess that this is a temporary problem (possibly out of disk space).
I am able to commit now. Please try.
It is working now for me.
gdisirio Stopped working again, same error.
Is there a solution in sight?

This appears to be a server side issue, could you please help?
