「POPFile 初学者専用」フォーラムへの spam 書き込み対策について (2006-12-12 21:16 by amatubu #26519)

ここ何日かにわたり、「POPFile 初学者専用」フォーラム
への spam 書き込みがありました。

まだ 3 通程度ですので手で消していてもそれほど手間では
ないのですが、今後も頻発するとなると何か考えないと
いけないかなと思っています。

対策として、とりあえず、
・匿名投稿を無効にする
・SourceForge.jp のフォーラム機能を使うのをやめ、独自の
　掲示板システム（もしくは掲示板サービス）に移行する
という 2 つの方法について考えてみました。

匿名投稿については、登録せずに気軽に質問などができる
という意味でできれば残したいと思っています。

SourceForge.jp のフォーラムは微妙に使いにくいところも
あり、よいものがあればこの際移行するのも手かも
知れないとも思います。

他に「こんな方法があるよ」とか、「この掲示板は便利」
とかいう情報がありましたらご意見いただければと
思います。

確かに最近コメントspamがきになりますね。

わたしも匿名での投稿は残したいとおもいます。
また、残念ながらほかに適切な場所をあまり知りません。
なので、sf.jp のシステムに下記の問い合わせをしてみました。

ご意見ありがとうございます。
また、問い合わせありがとうございます。

SourceForge.jp のホスティングサービスを使って
独自に掲示板を立ち上げるというのがいいかなとも
思っているのですが、匿名での投稿もでき、spam
対策が組み込まれていて動作実績もあるような
システムってどういうのがあるんでしょうかね。
ちょっと探してみようと思います。

こんにちは。SourceForgeのフォーラムを使い始めたのですが、匿名で投稿できるように設定したところスパムが増えてきたので、他のプロジェクトではどうしているか調べていてここにきました。（POPfileは、SourceForge.jpで2番目にフォーラムの投稿が多プロジェクトでした）

現在3つのフォーラムを開設されており、2つは匿名での投稿を認めているようですが、スパムは見あたりません。これは何か対策をとられているのでしょうか、それともひとつひとつ手動で削除されているのでしょうか？

何かよい方法があるといいのですが、現状では何も対策を
していません。
投稿があるとメールが届きますので、spam 書き込みであれば
手作業で消しています。

今のところは手作業で消していても追いつかないことはない
のでなんとかなっていますが、これがもっと増えてきたら
考えないといけないなと思っています。

自己紹介が遅れましたが、TOMOYO (Linux)プロジェクトのマネージャをしている原田と申します。この度は早速のご回答ありがとうございました。

フォーラムを開発の議論に使おうと思ったのですが、本プロジェクトは大変活発に投稿されているので、スパム対策についてお聞きした次第です。

プロジェクトでは議論はオープンにしたいですが、スパム対策はやはり手作業で対応するしかないのですね。どうもありがとうございました。

POPFile プロジェクトのいいむらです。

TOMOYO のフォーラム拝見しました。
こちらのフォーラムに比べてかなりひどい状況のようですね。
これは SourceForge.jp に対応を依頼した方がいいような
気がします。

以前、本多さんから

という依頼をしていただいた際に、

単純なものなら投稿の本文やメールアドレスでフィルタすることは
出来ますが……

という回答をいただいています。フォーラムを拝見した
ところ、a タグを使ってリンク使用としているものが
多数あるようですので、
・a タグでリンクを貼ろうとしているもの
・URL が（例えば）4 つ以上使われているもの
などの条件でフィルタリングしてもらえば少しは緩和される
のではないかと思います。

こちらのフォーラムに最近書き込まれたものも、上記の
前者のタイプのものでしたので、私の方からも提案して
みようと思います。

いいむら様、

TOMOYOプロジェクトでスパムが増えたのは、もしかしたら私がプロジェクトのmlでURLを書いたせいかもしれないと思っています（アーカイブを公開しています）。

とりあえず、プロジェクトメンバーでモデレータ希望者を募り、手動削除を試みますが、あまりに数が多ければなんとかしないといけないかもしれません。

といっても、匿名投稿用のダミーのアカウントを用意するくらいしかないかもしれませんが。

なるほど、それはあるかもしれません。
こちらのフォーラムでも、他の掲示板などからリンクされている
スレッドに書き込まれるケースが多いような気がします。

こちらでも何かできないか考えてみようと思います。
外部へのリンクには rel="nofollow" 属性をつけてもらう
ってのも考えましたが、あまり効果はないですかね……。
何かいいアイデアを思いつかれましたら教えてください。

まずは簡単な対応をしていただいたとのことです。

TOMOYOプロジェクトではその後有志複数による手動のメッセージ削除により、フォーラムの状態を維持していましたが、その負担が減るならば助かります。ご協力、心より感謝致します。ありがとうございました。
