【バグ修正】

・ある特定の複雑な制約を指定した場合、現状のCIT-BACHで正しくない生成結果が出力される問題があり、その問題を修正したバージョン1.02 のCIT-BACHを同梱した。

・結果表の左端の罫線を制約表と同じく太線で表示されるように修正した。
