開発者の環境(Windows7/XP, Linux)では、Migu 1Mは正常に表示されています。

そちらで、どういう状況でおかしいのか、
もっと詳しく書いていただけるとアドバイスできるかもしれません。

以下の情報は ほしいところです。

- どのフォントのどのバージョンを （例: Migu 1Pのバージョン2013.0617を）
- どのOSの（例: Windows7の）
- どのアプリケーションを使ったとき （例: Adobe Illustrator CS5で使うと）
- どのような不具合があったか （例:縦書きで 縦にならない文字がある。具体的には‥）

表示のおかしい場合、その状態のスクリーンショットがあれば、より問題を特定しやすいです。

Window7 64Bitの
フォントビューワーを使ったとき
文字化けを起こしたです。

Windows7のフォントビューワーというのは、
ttfファイルをダブルクリックしたときに起動する
C:\Windows\System32\fontview.exeのことですよね。

ttfファイルをダブルクリックしたとき、こちらでは特に問題なく表示されます。
- Migu 1M version 2013.0617
- Windows7 64bit

私は
MacType version: 2012.1022.0
を使用しています。
しかし、fontview.exeにはMacTypeを適用していません。
以下の設定ファイルを使用しているからです。

[General]
UseInclude=1

[IncludeModule]
iexplore.exe
...
