Major feature enhancements
This release has UTF-8 support, server state saving, a new command set, and the tags image, script, separator, spacer, splitter, tooltip, listItem, menubar, menuseparator, popup, and popupset. Many bugs have been fixed. The updateSmoothly attribute is used to do partial rendering to save bandwidth.

methods to the Javascript bridge to support asynchronous AJAX
requests. It adds a tour app to show basic xulfaces features (the
folder "tour" in webapps/sample). The xulfaces site has been updated
to add the link to the live demo.
